Rest and Restore

Join Michelle C. Johnson on June 12th from 4:00-5:15 pm to rest and restore your mind, body, heart, and spirit. Michelle will guide you through a few gentle yoga practices, followed by yoga nidra and a sound-healing journey. This practice will take place near Old Salem, NC.

You can register for June 12th alone or for all three summer sessions: Friday, June 12th; Thursday, July 16th; and Thursday, August 27th.
