Sanctuary: A Day-Long Retreat for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color

from $75.00

October 6, 2023
10:00am-3:00pm
18 Springs Community Healing Center; Winston Salem, NC

As Black, Indigenous, and People of Color, many of us are searching for spaces where we can be in community with other BIPOC to experience rest and practice self and collective care. Join Michelle C. Johnson and Shakira B. Bethea for an opportunity to prioritize our well-being and invest in our personal growth. Sanctuary is a day-long retreat for BIPOC to create sacred space, slow down, recover, and reconnect with our most authentic selves. This retreat will include contemplative practices such as meditation, movement, self-reflection, and journaling. It will also include time to share in the large and small groups with individuals who share similar experiences, moments to establish a sense of connection to nature and reflect on how we can bring more rest and soul nourishing activities into our lives.

Sliding Scale:
$75 Community Rate (discounted)
$100 Sustainer Rate (pays for you)
$125 Supporter Rate (supports others as well as yourself)
