This journal is a small taste of the rituals, meditations, and practices contained within We Heal Together. And, as a bonus, I’ve added a few practices to this journal that are new and not included in the book.
Healing isn’t linear, and it doesn’t happen in isolation. This sampling of practices is intended for you to begin to reflect on what community means to you and why community is so important, to locate an object that represents sacred space to you, and to consider what it means to show up for one another in community as we engage in our collective practice of healing together.
This journal also includes some prompts for reflection based on the themes explored in We Heal Together.
